Description

Dresscode Matt Suit - The Matt Suit proves that a matt finish can still be multi-faceted: The design is underpinned by a structured matt dial, against which the stainless steel indices and hands with their stained surfaces and white Super-LumiNova BGW09 filling really stand out. The equally matt white minute markings provide contrast on the circular stained bezel insert made from high-tech ceramic, as well as ensuring optimum readability. The bezel is executed in either navy blue or deep black to match the dial color. The DAVOSA Ternos Pro Matt Suit is completed by a fully brushed metal strap with screwed links, a safety buckle, and a diving extension.

Love this watch

I have been using this watch for 7 months now. It feels really nice, balanced, perfect fit.
You can feel the quality and the precision.
The bracelet feels good.
Looking for my next one soon.

Blue Monster

So, very nice overall. Dial and bezel are a smooth matte finish and subtle in execution. Dial indications and lume are bright and clear. Accuracy over than last two weeks has been good. Bracelet is the Trialink and is a nice complement to the watch. Detailing and functionality are good, crown is easy to operate, clasp works well on both segments, and the watch wears well IMHO.

However, be advised: this a big, heavy piece- over 200 grams. It's not like a cartoon watch and it wears better than many other big watches I have tried on but left at the shop, but make no mistake- it's a large dive watch. Quality easily exceeds other name brand watches that use an ETA or Sellita movement, for WAY less money. Box and papers were complete and box is a nice piece as well. Thanks, Davosa!

Serious piece of kit

Picked this up after much research on homage watches. Went with the blue since it’s not trying too hard - and shows some unique character. Love the full satin finish for no finger smudges and scratch resistance. Great crown love the large size and purchase you get from the knurling, solid clicks when deployed. And no guessing which click you’re at. Smooth winding movement. Rock solid bezel. Same dimensions as a sea dweller give or take a gram or two and a half mm. More than just an homage - a very respectable timepiece in its own right. And I own two rolexes and an AP royal oak. A notch above my Steinhart in quality. Will keep an eye on other offerings as this is a super fun one to wear. You always know it’s on your wrist at this size and weight. My wrist is 6.75” and 60mm wide so this is the biggest I’d personally go. Fits well but doesn’t disappear like my sub.

One more thing…

I almost forgot, one complaint is the clasp. Very hard to engage the first snap. I have to push quite hard and sometimes put my index finger underneath in order to pinch it between my thumb and index to get it to close. The second clasp locks fine. Disengages no problem. But could use better QC on clasp overall.
