PVD PLATING

PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) plating shines with maximum robustness and durability. In the PVD process, the watch case or bracelet is placed in a sealed high-pressure chamber in which the color evaporates and creates a saturated atmosphere. As a result, the stainless steel base material is completely penetrated by the color molecules, which ensures an even and deep distribution of the color surface. In contrast to traditional plating/painting, which is applied to the surface of the base metal, the PVD coating does not discolor thanks to the complete penetration of color into the metal.
